Diana Esordi
Founder & Executive Director
Diana Esordi is the Founder and Executive Director of One Krewe, a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating accessible, safe, and inclusive parading and event experiences for people with disabilities. Founded in 2024, One Krewe works to remove barriers to participation by helping organizations design events that welcome everyone.
Diana brings more than 20 years of leadership in regulatory affairs, quality, and compliance, having developed and led global regulatory strategies for organizations including Siemens Healthcare, CVS, and STAAR Surgical. Since 2013, she has been a partner at Duotribe, where she combines strategic planning, communications, and regulatory expertise to support organizations navigating complex challenges in the emerging technologies marketplace.
Her commitment to accessibility extends beyond her professional career. In 2016, Diana co-founded the Krewe of Krampus in New Orleans, where she helped establish accessibility initiatives that demonstrated how large public events can become more welcoming and inclusive. Those efforts ultimately inspired the creation of One Krewe, allowing her to expand that work by partnering with festivals, krewes, nonprofits, municipalities, and community organizations to improve accessibility for participants, volunteers, and spectators alike.
Diana holds a Master of Arts in Disability Studies from the CUNY School of Professional Studies and serves as Chair of the City of New Orleans Mayor’s Advisory Council for Citizens with Disabilities. Through One Krewe, she combines her experience in regulatory compliance, disability advocacy, and community engagement to advance a future where accessibility is an essential part of every public celebration.
