To create accessible, safe, and inclusive parading and event experiences for people living with disabilities.
Vision
Our vision is to foster a world where parades and events are universally designed, celebrating diversity, and ensuring that individuals of all abilities experience joy, connection with community, and belonging without barriers.
History
- In December 2019 the Krewe of Krampus, a New Orleans parading Krewe, transitioned to a unique, COVID safe drive-through parade format and discovered a new audience.
- In early 2021 the Krewe of Krampus created an accessibility initiative called Parading for All.
- The first Accessibility Row was cr
eated in 2022 along the Krewe of Krampus parade route. - The nonprofit, One Krewe, was officially founded in 2024 by Diana Esordi.
